This approach proved to be incredibly popular, as HBS has continually grown by leaps and bounds over the last 10 years. What started as a small organization quickly became a thriving business employing a wide variety of roles from the professional office staff to maintenance professionals that serve our communities.
HBS is a locally owned and family-operated Tucson company that serves a wide variety of luxury property management services from community management to home services in the surrounding areas of Tucson Foothills, Oro Valley, Marana, and Greater Tucson.

Owner and CEO
In addition to nearly ten years as Board President, Advisory Board Member, Conflict Committee Member, and Acting General Manager for a luxury high rise and commercial development community in Greenwood Village, Colorado, John is an accomplished executive with recognized success in building and leading public and private companies in more than a dozen industries and not-for-profits, nationally and internationally.
Chief Financial Officer, Partner
Jennifer Burns has a degree in business administration from the University of Arizona and has spent the past 15 years as both a controller and divisional Vice President in the manufacturing industry.

Senior Community Manager. Director of Property Services
Rob Vinyard serves as Director of Property Services and Gatehouse Services. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Northern University of Arizona in 1992 and a Master’s degree from Northern Arizona University in 1997 in Educational Leadership, he has spent much of his career as a school administrator for the past 20 years.
Director of Community Services
Lauren has over 20 years of experience with Community Manager. Her career started in Colorado, then moved to Arizona in 2004 where she has worked in both the Tucson and Phoenix areas. As a community manager she has managed 55+ communities, large scale, and master developments.
Lauren received her Professional Certified Association Manager designation in 2007. She believes in working with owners to build a better community together.
Assistant Community Manager
Megan Muzi has 10 years of multifamily and new development experience, managing traditional luxury apartments, townhomes, and a brand new high rise in downtown Tucson. I enjoy the fast pace and evolving industry of real estate and management. I am dedicated to the HOA business and serving our homeowners, clients and communities with exceptional customer service and dedication.
As an Arizona native I love the outdoors, saguaros and beautiful sunsets Tucson has to offer.
