Rob Vinyard serves as the Director of Property Services and Gatehouse Services. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University in 1992 and a Master’s degree from Northern Arizona University in 1997 in Educational Leadership, he has spent much of his career as a school administrator for the past 20 years.
Megan Muzi
Community Association Manager
Megan Muzi has been serving as a Community Association Manager with HBS Stratford since November 2021. Megan offers ten years of multifamily and new development experience, managing traditional luxury apartments, town homes, brand-new high rises, and
traditional homeowner associations. She enjoys the fast-paced and evolving industry of real estate and management. She is dedicated to the Homeowner Association business, assisting homeowners, the Board of Directors, and clients while contributing exceptional customer service and dedication.
As an Arizona native, she loves the outdoors and beautiful sunsets Tucson has to offer, along with traveling with her family and exploring new States and Countries.
Cindy Kline
Community Association Manager
Cindy relocated to Tucson, Arizona, from Ohio in 1984. She started her career in the apartment industry by cleaning apartments, leasing, managing and computer trainer for over 20 years. She then traveled as a computer trainer for RV resorts in Florida, California, Wisconsin, Philadelphia, and Indiana.
Kailand Carpenter
Community Association Manager
Kailand Carpenter is a Tucson native and has continued to raise her children in her hometown. With 20 years of extensive experience in both multi-family and HOA Property Management, Kailand has developed a strong foundation in customer service, resident and homeowner relations, leadership, and communication.
She continues to grow and excel in the community management field, striving to learn new things every day to help in the success of her Board of Directors, homeowners, community’s, company and self. Kailand holds a double Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Business Management, her ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) and CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and plans on furthering her education.
Alisha Smart
Community Association Manager
Alisha Smart is a dedicated and experienced community association management professional with a proven track record of building successful and profitable relationships. She excels in providing exceptional service to clients, particularly in the insurance sector, and is skilled in managing community associations.
Alisha most recently worked as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent at US Health Advisors, where she addressed clients’ changing insurance needs, established productive relationships, and developed long-term client bases. She is proficient in determining clients’ needs and financial situations, delivering policies, and planning follow-up visits. Alisha stays updated on industry knowledge through continuous education and networking, enhancing the agency’s reputation by exploring new opportunities.
Previously, Alisha served as a Community Association Manager and managed a portfolio of communities, assisted board members and homeowners with problem resolution, reviewed financial statements for accuracy, and conducted site inspections.
Alisha’s professional skills include strong communication abilities, both oral and written, adeptness in developing creative solutions, and proficiency in various computer applications such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and more. She is self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player, with extensive experience in sales, customer service, operations, and project management. Alisha’s knowledge spans across communities, property, real estate, and homeowners associations.
Reece Stangl
Community Association Manager
A native of Tucson, Reece Stangl returned to his hometown after spending eight years in Austin, Texas. His career in Community Management began in 2020 when he joined one of Austin’s larger community management companies.
During his time in Austin, Reece took on various roles, including customer service, compliance inspections, and interim management for several master-planned communities and condos. Before moving back to Tucson last summer, he successfully managed his own portfolio.
Since his return, Reece has continued his work in community management, driven by a passion for enhancing the quality of life in every community he oversees.
