John Herbers
Owner and CEO
In addition to nearly ten years as Board President, Advisory Board Member, Conflict Committee Member, and Acting General Manager for a luxury high rise and commercial development community in Greenwood Village, Colorado, John is an accomplished executive with recognized success in building and leading public and private companies in more than a dozen industries and not-for-profits, nationally and internationally.

Jennifer Burns
Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer Burns has a degree in business administration from the University of Arizona and has spent the past 15 years as both a controller and divisional Vice President in the manufacturing industry.

Janice Eda
Vice President
Janice has experience with gatehouse applications and special projects such as software implementation, integration, to field operations. Janice graduated from the University of Arizona College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture with a degree in Sustainable Built Environments and education in architecture. She has years of experience working with finance, collections, and home mortgages while providing outstanding customer service.

Rob Vinyard
Senior Community Manager. Director of Property Services
Rob Vinyard serves as Director of Property Services and Gatehouse Services. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Northern University of Arizona in 1992 and a Master’s degree from Northern Arizona University in 1997 in Educational Leadership, he has spent much of his career as a school administrator for the past 20 years.

Lauren Lee
Senior Community Manager
Lauren has over 20 years of experience with Community Manager. Her career started in Colorado, then moved to Arizona in 2004 where she has worked in both the Tucson and Phoenix areas. As a community manager she has managed 55+ communities, large scale, and master developments.
Lauren received her Professional Certified Association Manager designation in 2007. She believes in working with owners to build a better community together.

Deborah M. Colon-Mateo, Ph.D.
Director of Project Services
Deborah M. Colon-Mateo, Ph.D. is a native Tucsonan and has been in the Homeowners Association (HOA) industry since 1993. Deborah spent the last 30 years as the Chief Information Officer in the HOA industry. At HBS, Deborah specializes in Architectural Review processes, electronic organization & filing, contracts, and policies & procedures.
Deborah received her Bachelor’s in Communication with a minor in Psychology & Business from the University of Arizona, her tri-masters from Jones International University, Summa cum laude in Information Technology Management, Negotiation, and Conflict Management, and Healthcare Management, along with her Doctorate in Business Administration at California Intercontinental University, Summa cum laude.
Deborah earned our profession’s highest certification of Professional Community Association Management (PCAM®) on May 1, 1996, the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), as well as Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) through the Arizona Association of Community Managers. She is the company’s Legal Document Preparer (#80682) and State of Arizona Notary.

Trenais Bryant
Community Manager
Trenais has been serving as a Community Manager since 2019. Her previous experience in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years has given her the ability to meet the needs of her communities proactively. Her capacity to work cooperatively with Boards and Homeowners leads to quick resolution of questions and concerns. Trenais is originally from the Seattle area and she enjoys the fall and winter months in Arizona.
